About Rhonda

Owner and lead agent Rhonda Batson brings a stellar professional reputation and a wide range of knowledge and experience to the agency. Her background consists of 15 years employment at one of Toronto's most respected talent agencies, The Characters. Rhonda has for the last eight years worked for ACTRA Toronto Performers, where she was best known as a Membership Services Representative. As well she excelled in organizing many successful Member Conferences and Background GoSees (meetings between casting directors and performers). While being ACTRA's administrator to the Entertainment Industry Coalition (EIC), along with volunteering on Acting and Modelling Information Services (AMIS) hotline, she has devoted herself to enforcing ethical business practices in agent/performer relationships, and brought guidance to performers for making educated choices. Rhonda Batson YTM strongly believes that professionalism and status are developed through union affiliation, and therefore encourage performers to take the leap of membership when qualified. Having completed her first year CGA training, with honours, and various Payroll Supervisor experiences mean your finances are also in good hands.
